What was the best part of your experience?
Working with a woman! As a woman buying my first home, I wanted to deal with someone I felt would understand my nervousness. Shelly  answered all my questions, even if they seemed 'dumb' or I asked them more than once. Shelly never tried to force me into a price bracket that I was uncomfortable with, or make a house out to be something it was not. I found her to be very trustworthy.

What about the transaction stood out in your mind?
How smoothly everything went. Shelly and my loan officer had a good working relationshiop and everything came off with out a hitch. They made everything easy to understand.

Why would you recommend Shellyto other people?
Yes, and have done so.

What would you like to tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction?

What was the best part of your experience?
We loved that we were able to look at just five homes and, in the same day, find the perfect house for us! We really felt that Shelly listened to our wants/needs and appropriately matched showings to these. The process was fast and painless---even FUN!

What about the transaction stood out in your mind?
The speed of the whole transaction was amazing as was Shelly’s market knowledge. We were very impressed also by the diversity of the homes she showed to us.

Why would you recommend Shelly to other people?
Shelly knows the market very well, provides ample resources to their clients, and works at a very fast pace to make deals happen quickly. She's a very exuberant woman who is passionate about helping people find the right home for their needs and she is a great listener. She also has extensive knowledge of investment properties and is a great adviser in this arena.

What would you like to tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction?
If you are committed to finding a home and matching that home to what you really want, there is no one better to call than Shelly. She is fast, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process.

We think Shelly is the best of the best! We recommend her to everyone we meet and she is a fantastic realtor.

What was the best part of your experience?
Shelly's patience and knowledge and her wonderful support staff in the office. She spent almost three months with me driving around looking at houses and there was never any implied pressure to make a decision. She only helped me be the best consumer I could be! I bought a great house that my husband and I love and it really paid to be patient. The perfect home did come along!

What about the transaction stood out in your mind?
The efficiency with which it took place: Shelly took care of everything for us and just told us what to do when and where to be with what. Being at her office was always very comforting because we knew we were being really well taken care of. She also plays great music in her car so the driving around was always entertaining and hip...THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!!!

Why would you recommend Shelly to other people?
Yes, and I already have.

What would you like to tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction?
I would like to tell them that buying a home with Shelly is professional, fun and easy (if buying a home is at all easy). She and her team willl stick with you until you’ve made up your mind and they’ll help you figure everything out. Just ask them and they’ll get you the information you need. You can easily forget that they’re working for you because they become like family very quickly. 

Anything else you would like someone to know?
Come rain, sleet, snow or hail (all very infrequent in Ft. Collins ) Shelly will get you into a house without fail!!! A blizzard in 2003 didn’t stop us from looking at properties.

What was the best part of your experience?
We had no clue what the first step would be in selling our (then) current house and then buying our next house. Shelly literally held us by the hand, and explained step by step what we needed to do, and how we could be successful in finding our next home – and what we needed to do to get into it. And then we did it: and it went so smooth.

What about the transaction stood out in your mind?
What stood out the most, and what honestly shocks people when we tell them, was that we got our house sold and Shelly found exactly the house we wanted, all in about a 10-day time span. Shelly was very giving of her time, and clearly went way above and beyond what was expected.

Why would you recommend Shelly to other people?
Shelly is an extremely knowledgeable person: both professionally and personally, we could not have asked for a better person to help us find our home. She was patient, honest, and always available when we had questions.

What would you like to tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction? 
Shelly will do whatever she can to get you into the home you want. If we ever have a need or desire to move, there is no hesitation upon whom we will call: Shelly and her team.

What was special or unique about your home buying/selling process?
We were selling our old home and building a new home....not a particulary special situation, but all very new to us.

What was the best part of your experience?
Shelly really held our hand throughout the whole process.  It was so exciting for us to be part of building our new house.  Shelly really helped guide us on everything...where to add windows, what features to add and choose.  She didn't have to do all that but she did.

What about your real estate transaction stood out in your mind?
I think is Shelly's ability to be honest about situations.  We had our first buyers back-out of the contract and it was really tough. Shelly helped us through that too, with a lot of support and honesty.

Why would you recommend Shelly to others looking to buy or sell their home?
She really gets to know her clients and truly has their best interest at heart.  She knows the Fort Collins market like no other, and she is incredibly knowledgeable.  We felt so comfortable that she was with us through the process.

What would you tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction?
She's the best, really!

Is there anything else you would like to share?
Shelly marketed the hell out of our house and it sold in a short time.  She created beautiful fliers for our home and recommended some really great contractors.  We recommend her all the time to folks.

What was the best part of your experience?
The best part of the experience was that we felt so comfortable with Shelly and her team right from the start. We instantly felt like they were old friends we could talk to about anything. This really made the entire process extremely enjoyable. Being new to Fort Collins , I think we were just as excited about meeting Shelly and her team, and knowing that people like them live here, as we were about the fact that they found us the perfect home!

Shelly was so accessible to us at all times!

Why would you recommend Shelly to other people?
They were extremely competent and knowledgeable about ANYTHING we asked, and they were truly a joy to work with! 

What would you like to tell other people about using Shelly for their real estate transaction?
We had the most amazing realtor in the city from which we moved, and we really didn’t think we would come close to finding one we would like working with as much. With Shelly, we found one! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Fort Collins !
